Currently, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax will be charged when applicable. When will my credit card be charged?

Tagottishoes.com will charge your credit card account immediately when you place an order. After placing an order, you will receive an "order confirmation" email. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a "shipment confirmation" email. This second email will contain information on tracking your shipment.

All payment information transmitted to Tagotti Shoes is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. Your entire credit card information is not stored on our server for any reason at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: Clicking on "Place Order" will place an approval request on your credit card in the amount of the order that counts towards the card limit regardless of whether it is declined or approved. These approval charges may show up on your immediate statement; however they will be dropped within 3 to 7 business days if the card is declined or transaction is voided for any reason.

Can I order an out-of-stock item?

We try our best to maintain a healthy inventory of merchandise; however, sometimes a product’s popularity exceeds our expectations. If an item is out-of-stock, (depending on the vendor and style) we can Special Order the item for you. Availability and shipping will be determined at the time of order. Please Note: All SPO items require a full payment in advance and are considered a FINAL SALE. Shipping dates are approximate. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for SPO items due to unforeseen delays by the vendors. Absolutely NO refunds on SPO items and NO cancellations after the order have been placed with our vendors. Can I pre-order an item?

Occasionally, we will take pre-orders for upcoming merchandise. Pre-orders are offered to help you secure those must have items. We usually have special promotional pricing on pre-order products although the exact discount amount or percentage varies between items and promotions. By securing the item, we will ship the item immediately to you upon arrival to us. Please note: Delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue you a full refund. Do you drop ship orders?

Yes…We accept orders for any open stock style shoe made by any of our vendors, even styles we do not regularly stock. If the item is available, we can have the item shipped directly from our vendor to your billing address. Please note: In the rare occasion the drop ship item you purchased does not meet your needs, the return must occur and be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If you received complimentary ground shipping and handling, the shipping and handling fee Tagottishoes.com incurred will be deducted from the return purchase. What if my item isn't available?

We do our best to make sure that only items that are available are listed on our site. In the rare occasion that we sell out of an item before we are able to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone so that we can work with you on how to proceed.

We will assist you in selecting an alternate size, style, or other solution. If we expect to get more of the item in, you will be given the option to be notified when it becomes available.

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

HOLIDAY SEASON:

 During the holiday season, Tagotti Shoes extends its return policy to items purchased beginning December 1st  through December 25th. Unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned with an original receipt through January 7th.  All Designer Deals, Sale!Sale! Merchandise, Gift Card purchases, items stating Final Sale, or any item discounted 50% or more is considered ‘FINAL SALE’, even during the holiday season.  Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on the above- mentioned items will not be accepted.  All exchanges must be post-marked by January 7th, 2013.  Merchandise purchased after December 25th falls under Tagotti Shoes standard return policy.

We proudly stand behind our collection of top-quality brands and products. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns/exchanges must occur and be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or resized in any way.

    The following merchandise is non-refundable:

  • Final Sale Items
  • Special Order Items
  • Pre-Order Items (web credit will be issued)
  • Sale Items (any merchandise discounted)
  • Accessories (belts, hosiery, etc.)

Again, we will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used. All footwear must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes or scratched soles will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. We recommend only trying shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Please include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. If shoe bags, shoe horns, belt bags, etc… were enclosed in the box, please return all items. Damages to or omission of the box and the related items from your return/exchange may result in a fee, as the shoebox and its contents are considered part of the product. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Please be advised shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received complimentary ground shipping and handling, the shipping and handling fee Tagottishoes.com incurred will be deducted from the return purchase. Additionally, if you received any type of promotional discount on your purchase the offer’s value will not be refunded on the returned merchandise.

Refused Shipment - Should you decide to refuse any shipments from Tagottishoes.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Tagottishoes.com. Additionally, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Can I request a web credit?

Yes. Simply fill out the return/exchange form and select the web credit option. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, (assuming the return item is in satisfactory condition and meets the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy), a web credit gift certificate will be issued. The WCGC will be emailed to the email address you provided when you registered at tagottishoes.com. WCGC will be valid for 60 days from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on tagottishoes.com (excluding gift certificates).

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your package, (less shipping cost and assuming the return item is in satisfactory condition), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tagottishoes.com.

Please be advised if you received any type of discount on your purchase the offer's value will not be refunded on the returned merchandise. We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Complimentary Shipping Fee Value will be deducted from the returned purchase.

What are your shipping options and rates?

Our preferred carrier is FedEx. To receive a FedEx shipping and handling quote, simply place your item in the shopping bag and enter your zip code and click "get a quote". Shipping options and their associated costs will appear. Please Note: Additional, shipping and handling fees will be assessed for items being shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

For your convenience, printed gift certificates/cards are shipped using USPS in 5-9 business days, for a flat fee of $10.00 within the USA. You may choose to have your gift certificate/card expedited using another shipping method at an additional cost.

Virtual gift cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit card verification and approval.

Do you ship to alternate addresses?

We do ship to alternate addresses other than your billing in the USA. However, we may require the cardholder to contact their card issuing bank to add the alternate shipping address to their account. For your protection we may require proof of identity. If proof of identity is required, we will contact you based on the information provided on your order. This may delay the processing of your order. Note: The billing information must match what is on record with the card issuer. When will my order arrive?

Typical delivery times

Following credit card authorization and verification, orders shipped via ground delivery will arrive within approximately 4-9 business days.  A business day is considered to be Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.  Our orders are filled as promptly as possible, but processing can take up to 48 hours.  However, please note that deliveries should still arrive within 9 business days.

Orders shipped via Next Day or 2nd Day must be placed before 1:00 pm EST in order to ship the same business day - notwithstanding any complications from credit card authorization and verification.  Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will not ship until Monday unless the customer request Saturday delivery.  Applicable shipping charges will apply.  A representative will contact regarding Saturday delivery fees.

Tagotti Shoes Gift Certificates/Cards and Virtual Gift Cards are valid for 180 days, have no fees for non-use and are redeemable at tagottishoes.com. Gift Certificate/Cards may not be returned, used to purchase another Gift Certificate/Card or Virtual Gift Card or redeemed for cash. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Certificates/Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase (confirmation email or credit card receipt). How do I redeem my gift certificate/card, virtual gift card or web credit?

To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. (see "how do I register"). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate/card number in the field "promo codes/gift certificates".

This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate/card from your order total. If your gift certificate/card is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases. Furthermore, you may use a credit card in addition to your gift certificate/card if needed, to complete your order.

To redeem your web credit, at the checkout screen, enter your certificate number in the field "promo codes/gift certificates". Click "apply code" and your order total will reflect the adjusted amount.
